The James Bar is ready to welcome you throughout the day to cater to your every desire in a warm and intimate atmosphere. Enjoy a light lunch of elegant finger food, a gourmet tea break in the afternoon or an evening aperitif in this beautiful setting.
Enveloped by authentic Moroccan zellīj tilework, this stunning bar welcomes our guests—both hotel residents and non-residents—with a distinctly Left Bank spirit.
A pool table is available if you would like to enjoy a game with friends, or if you prefer, you can step out onto our terrace to explore our hidden oasis filled with trees and flowers.
The Menu
Discover our menu of hot drinks, refreshments, wines and cocktails or take your pick from our menu of sweet and savoury snacks, which includes cheese and charcuterie boards to pair with an aperitif.
We also offer a set menu for afternoon tea (a hot drink and a sweet snack from one of the best organic pastry chefs in Paris) and a set menu for kids to enjoy an afternoon snack (a fruit compote, a pastry and a drink).

We do not have a restaurant at the Victoria Palace, but we can nevertheless offer you a simple room service with pasta & pizzas.
Of course, you can! Our inner courtyard terrace is ready to welcome you throughout the day to enjoy a refreshing break in a verdant setting.
The bar is open all day long from 10 am in case you would like a tea or coffee, a cold drink, a glass of wine or a glass of champagne.
From 16:30 during week days, and from 12h00 on Saturdays & Sundays, our barman is available to prepare a range of delicious signature cocktails and mocktails that you can enjoy paired with a cheese board or organic dips.
The billiard table is available to use from 12 (noon).
Closing at midnight..
The pool table is available to use from 12 (noon) until the bar closes. It is available for free to guests residing at the Victoria Palace. For outside guests, your game will be offered free of charge for any drinks purchased.
We want to ensure that Victoria Palace guests can go to the bar at any time, so it is not available for private hire.
However, you can privatize our dining room, our library/meeting room, or our terrace.
